State Minister Tapta Bahadur Bista also expressed the belief of Ntc services in the people and this customer care center helps them to be near to the people in delivering their needs. He said that the new services using new, advanced technologies shall help Ntc to satisfy customers and increase revenue.
Ntc MD Mrs. Kamini Raj Bhandari mentioned of this customer system be useful to address customer queries, complains promptly and increase company’s belief in the people.
Ntc was already having queries and customer care units from different portals or helpline numbers. But now all those systems will integrate with the new one.
These are the helplines through which you can contact Ntc for the information and different problems of Ntc services. You need to dial these numbers to find Ntc information or complain about Ntc services.
- 197: Ntc Information querying system number.
- 198: Ntc Wireline (PSTN / landline) service customer care number
- 1498: Ntc Wireless (GSM/CDMA) service customer care number.
The calls made to these numbers will be free of cost for all Ntc subscribers. With the new integrated customer care system, we can expect them to be well managed and well prepared to address customer queries, complains and needs.
Ntc customer complain center advancement
Ntc has now started the new complain system using telephone calls only. Soon, they are going to provide services using SMS, email and web chat medium. In the coming days, Ntc will also be using social medias to interact with their customers for the queries and customer complain, from Facebook, Twitter and more.
Ntc has partnered with an outsourcing firm, Highway link pvt. ltd for the new management system to provide the integrated customer complain service.
